Mugs are ordered by the case (12 pieces per case).
For example, an order of 4 cases equals 48 mugs.

Step 5: What to Expect After You Place Your Order
a) Artwork Approval Process
- Digital Proof Creation:
Our team prepares a digital proof showing exactly how your design will appear on the mug—including placement, size, and detailing. - Review & Edits:
You’ll receive the proof via email. Carefully review every detail (logo, text, positioning) and request any necessary revisions. - Final Approval:
Once you’re completely satisfied, sign off on the final proof. Please note that no further changes can be made after approval.
b) Production Timeline Confirmed
- Once your artwork is approved, your order is confirmed and you’ll receive an updated timeline.
- As each mug is handmade, production typically takes 6–8 weeks. We’ll keep you informed with regular updates so you know exactly when to expect your order.
c) Mug Production Process

With your artwork approved, our skilled artisans begin crafting your mugs by hand using time-honored techniques. - Glazing & Firing:
Each mug is carefully glazed in your selected color and then fired in our state-of-the-art kiln to achieve a durable, beautiful finish. - Quality Control:
Every piece undergoes a rigorous quality check before packaging.
