What is Signature Stoneware™?
It is our name for logo’d stoneware. Our Signature Stoneware™ pieces incorporate a business logo that we permanently cast in clay. Whether you own/manage a coffeehouse, brewery, bed and breakfast, national park, museum, resort, etc. we work with companies to align their brand with a handcrafted product that is made in America.
How do I get my logo on Signature Stoneware™?
It is easy. You can upload your logo online on our product pages and an account specialist will contact you to understand the product style and glaze colors that reflect your needs. With that information, our graphic artists will create a proof for your approval. Once the artwork is approved, our artisans will hand throw your pieces, securely applying your logo to the chosen mug and/or stein style. We then hand dip your pieces into selected glaze color and re-fire the pieces in 2400° kilns. This final firing creates durable pieces that are oven, microwave, chill and dishwasher safe—and creates stoneware meant to last for generations.
I am interested in creating Signature Stoneware™ for my company. What format should I use to send my artwork / logo to you?
Your high-resolution artwork should be a black and white Adobe® Illustrator® vector file as .ai, .eps or .pdf files. High-resolution image files as .jpg or .png may also be submitted, however exact font matches are not guaranteed when submitting image files.
I would like to place a large order for my business with my company logo. How do I place my order?
Our specialty is handcrafting corporate brands on Signature Stoneware™ mugs and steins. Call us at 800.509.4662 and ask for an account specialist. You can advance the process faster by filling out the contact form on our product pages and attaching your logo. We require a minimum order quantity of 48 pieces.
How do I pick a glaze color for my logo’d Signature Stoneware™?
You can select from an extensive selection of glaze choices ranging from a solid color to two-tone versions. One glaze color may be ordered per 24 pieces of the same style. Our skilled craftspeople are continually testing new glaze color options. Check our website for new colors.
What color will my finished logo/medallion be on my Signature Stoneware™?
The top surface of your 3-dimensional artwork will be a light tan color, while the recessed area of the medallion artwork will depend on your logo / artwork. Logos with thin artwork lines may appear black, while artworks with wider lines may show the chosen glaze color.
I like the two-tone glazes, but noticed that some drip lines are different than others. How will I know how deep the top glaze will run?
Our product components (clay, glaze colors) are made of natural materials derived from the earth. There are several factors that determine how the glazes will appear on finished stoneware. Each glaze has a different consistency; for instance, a thinner glaze color will drip down further than others. In addition, different minerals, temperatures, even placement inside the kiln may create an impact on the final pieces.
Each finished piece is very similar, yet different, due to the handcrafted quality and natural earth components. It is the chemistry of the potter, clay and glaze interacting together that creates one-of-a-kind timeless pieces designed for daily use.
What are the minimum order quantity requirements for Signature Stoneware?
For our logo’d Signature Stoneware™ the minimum order quantity is 48 pieces. You may order up to 2 different styles and 2 glaze colors within the 48 pieces.
Are your products 100% lead-free?
Our handcrafted stoneware products have been tested by an independent analytical laboratory for leachates from glazes to ensure lead and cadmium metals meet FDA and California Proposition 65 compliance standards. View our Letter of Compliancy.
Are your products dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe?
Yes. Unlike other stoneware on the market, our microwave, dishwasher, and oven safe products will not degrade, damage or harm your beverage/food, or your safety.

How will I know when my order has shipped or is ready for pick up?
If your order is being shipped, you will be notified by email with the UPS tracking number. If you are picking up your order at our Neenah retail store, we will call you when it is available for pick up.
How will my order ship?
We use UPS as our shipping service. There are several different options: UPS SurePost (3-6 days), UPS Ground (2-5 days), UPS 2nd Day Air (2 days), UPS Next Day Air (overnight), Pick Up: Neenah Retail Store (Free). Customers using military addresses or who live in Hawaii and Alaska, will also be able to ship USPS.
Do you ship to Canada?
Our shopping cart does not offer Canadian shipping capabilities however you may call us at 800.509.4662 to place your order.
How can I be notified of upcoming sales?

I live or will be visiting the Neenah, Wisconsin area. Can I pick up my order instead of paying for shipping?
Yes. Appointments may be arranged for order pick-up. Please notify your account specialist during the ordering process. Pick-ups would be available Monday-Friday between 8:00am-10:00am or 2:30pm-4:00pm.

We are a production pottery business located in Neenah, Wisconsin. Our functional stoneware is hand thrown by local artisans on pottery wheels giving each piece a unique appearance and quality. Unlike other pottery, our products are made one at a time; we do not use slip cast molds.
Our product styles range from contemporary to old-world, in sizes to fit your preferences.
