I ordered two of the potbelly mugs first for myself and my spouse from another website and loved them so much I ordered some for a couple friends of mine for Christmas. I ordered from the website this time. Everyone was very helpful and were very quick on responding to me if I had any questions about the product and delivery time. The mugs are awesome! They are very well made mugs and my friends love them! Too bad I wasn't closer to order more!!

This mug was a Christmas gift for my brother so I can't say that "I" love it, but it was just what he wanted. He loves the shape because he feels his coffee stays hotter. He is very pleased with the quality of craftmanship. It was just what he was looking for.

I do wish I loved my mug more. I love the look, the feel, but I didn't pay attention to the ounces and it's small. I thought it was a big mug. I love big mugs. That part is my fault. The other thing is that my tea cools off very quickly. The mug must absorb the heat. So I'll try heating it with hot water first. I went to "Another Chicken and Egg" cafe this week. I recognized your mugs, that they served the coffee in, right away! My coffee got cold really quickly. But I love your craftsmanship and colors and quality. I'm still a fan of handmade in the USA.
